Empowering Youth Through Agribusiness: David’s Transformation

David, a recent high school graduate, was unsure of his future and contemplated leaving for the city in search of odd jobs.

After being introduced to Lagara’s youth-targeted cereal bulking and value addition project, David joined a cooperative and received training on post-harvest handling and digital marketing. He now coordinates logistics for a network of 30 farmers and earns a stable monthly income.
